Q: Where can I find my serial number?
A: Your serial number can be found on the metal identification plate which can be found on your machine.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will be able to track your order by using the tracking number which will be sent to you on your dispatch confirmation email.

Q: How can I find the part number I require?
A: If you are unable to find the part number required call us on 0141 556 6521

Q: I have bought the wrong product can I exchange this at my local dealer?
A: Yes, however all product returns are subject to a 10% charge.

Q: My product has arrived damaged or faulty, what should I do?
A: Should your items arrive damaged or faulty please contact the customer services team who will assist you in our returns process.

Q: Do your parts come with a warranty?
A: Yes all parts come with 6 months warranty.

Returns

Q: How do I return a part?
A: Should you wish to return your part please contact your local depot  via telephone or email, we will then issue you with a returns label which can be placed on your parcel and taken to your local post office, for larger items we can arrange a collection via courier.

Q: How long do I have to return a part?
A: All parts must be returned within 14 days.

Refunds

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
A:  After we have received your part and it has been checked, we will refund your money via the method you paid with. You should receive payment within 10 working days.
